Rockets in the fast track zone.

Maths learning in the FTZ is really fun. We always start with a game. Today's games was Rockets. In this game Mrs. Milllett rolls 2 or 3 dice and we have to rearrange the digits into a 2 or 3 digit number and then put that onto a rocket board. 

The aim of the game is to fill all the spaces on our rocket boards. The catch is that the numbers must be in numerical order from smallest (at the bottom) to largest (at the top).

ROCK UP... What an amazing time had by all this morning with the Rock up rock climbing wall.

Mrs Shore had a blast on the wall climbing all the way to the top and pressing the big red button. Eva T from room 1 especially enjoyed herself and couldn't wait till it was her turn, again and again.

  

Art Time

Griffin spent the afternoon with room 2 creating amazing artwork.

The finished product turned out amazing.  Great job Griffin and room 2.

Football Fun

Griffin joined in with room 17 today for some inflatable football fun.  He had a great time dribbling the ball through the cones and running around the inflatable ring.!

                                      

Balance Time!

Griffin was having an amazing time practicing his gross motor skills out on the field with the big spinning wheels.  He managed to get from one side of the field to the other, avoiding collisions with all the other children along the way.  Good work Griffin!

Gross Motor play time

Griffin enjoys spending time in room 5 playing on the gross motor equipment.  Griffin was showing great balance and control on all the gross motor equipment.

 

Courage brainstorm
